Welcome to Little Boss Camp. By registering your child for the program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon submission of the registration form and full payment of the program fee, unless otherwise agreed upon by the organizers.

2. Participant Eligibility

Little Boss Camp is designed for children within the age range specified in the program description. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the participant meets the age requirements.

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including any medical, developmental, learning, behavioral, or dietary considerations that may affect their child's participation.

4. Health and Safety

The organizers will take reasonable measures to provide a safe learning environment. However, parents acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves normal risks associated with group programs and agree not to hold Little Boss Camp, AngPao For Life, its organizers, coaches, staff, partners, or venue providers liable for accidents, injuries, or losses beyond their reasonable control.

5. Attendance and Participation

Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions and actively participate in activities. Missed sessions are non-transferable and may not be eligible for make-up classes unless otherwise determined by the organizers.

6. Fees and Refunds

Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the program is canceled by the organizers. Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Photography and Videography

Little Boss Camp may take photographs and videos during classes, workshops, activities, and the Mini-Fair for educational, documentation, promotional, and marketing purposes.

By enrolling your child, you grant permission for Little Boss Camp, AngPao For Life, and its authorized partners to use photographs, videos, and recordings featuring your child on websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, and other marketing channels without compensation.

Parents who do not wish for their child to be featured must notify the organizers in writing before the start of the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, activities, worksheets, presentations, and content provided during the camp remain the intellectual property of Little Boss Camp and AngPao For Life and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

9. Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, activities, coaches, venues, or program content when necessary to ensure the quality and success of the program.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to demonstrate respect, cooperation, and appropriate behavior throughout the program. The organizers reserve the right to remove a participant whose behavior significantly disrupts the learning experience or compromises the safety and well-being of others.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Boss Camp, AngPao For Life, its founders, coaches, staff, partners, sponsors, and venue providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the registration form and completing enrollment, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the participant.
